Well, I’ve been saving up for a new guitar. A Silverburst Les Paul Epiphone Custom. I plan on putting Seymour Duncan pickups on the guitar. But I want your opinion on that guitar. The Guitar that I have as we speak is a Black and White Squier Startocaster. I like it but I would like to get a new one. So tell me your opinion on my Black and White Strat.
I have an Epiphone Les Paul Custom in Alpine White and wouldn’t swap it for anything. I didn’t change the standard Alcino pickup’s, just the strings to my preference. Its sturdy, heavy and has amazing sustain.
If your strat is a squier, it’s a good guitar for the money and excellent for starting out, but doesn’t compete with the Epiphone at all. If you can afford it, I would definitely recommend you try it out and think about buying it.
